Stampin’ Up products are all coordinated for you to make designing and making these cards a DELIGHT!!

The Delightful Daisy Designer Series Papers has gorgeous designs that have lots of spring colors that coordinate with it.  This card has the Designer Series Paper mounted on Wisteria Wonder.  The sentiment and flower are from the Daisy Delight stamp set stamped in Flirty Flamingo.watercolor daisy w logo

The daisy stamp from the Daisy Delight stamp set was stamped twice in Berry Burst, then punched with Daisy Punch. A Clear Faceted Gem is the perfect touch for the center.  I used Berry Burst Ink to watercolor on a piece of the Watercolor Paper, then mounted it on Berry Burst Cardstock.  The sentiment is from the Colorful Seasons stamp set.

This is one of the cards we made in the Spring Into Stamping Class this week.  The Daisy Delight Designer Series Paper made this card so quick and easy!  A strip of the Daffodil Delight Double Stitched Ribbon set the card off perfectly!

Fun with the Petal Passion Suite

Fun with the Petal Passion Suite

At the February Quick and Easy Cards Class, we used the Petal Passion Suite to create 6 beautiful cards.

Petal Passion Suite Designer Series Paper

The Petal Passion Designer Series Paper is gorgeous, but it becomes even more versatile when you color it!

petal palette DSP coloring w logo

At the Cards Class, we used the technique on the left, a Sponge Brayer and Stampin’ Ink.  This piece of the Petal Passion Paper was inked with the Pool Party Stampin’ Ink Pad.  The Sponge Brayer makes so easy!  I put alcohol and a Stampin’ Up Ink Refill in the Stampin’ Up Stampin’ Spritzer, then sprayed the middle piece.  On the third piece, I used the Stampin’ Up Sponge Dauber and picked up the color from the Calypso Coral Stampin’ Up Ink Pad to daub it on the Petal Passion paper.  Amazingly simple to create so many different looks!

Petal palette blends w logo

Look at the stellar results from using the Stampin’ Blends to color it!  I truly love this Petal Passion Designer Series Paper.  And the Blends make even me look like an artist!

Here is a list of the Stampin’ Up Products used in these projects:

Sponge Brayer    Item 141714    $8

Sponge Dauber   Item 133773   $5

Stampin’ Spritzer  Item 126185  $3

Stampin’ Blends  $4.50 each or $9 Combo Pack

Stampin’ Ink Pads  $6.50 each

We made 3 cards in Class using the Petal Passion Suite.

On this one we used the Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  Love the Powder Pink and Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock paired with the Sweet Sugarplum Stampin’ Ink.  The Petals & More Thinlits Dies were used to cut out the “flyaway” leaves and the sentiment from the Petal Palette Stamp Set.

petal palette pink card w logo

We also made 2 other cards using this fabulous Suite.

petal palette class cards

I just love, love this little bird, which is stamped here in Marina Mist, but it’s also adorable stamped in pink or yellow or black, and can easily be colored with the Stampin’ Blends.  The flowers are from the Petal Palette Stamps, stamped in Berry Burst.  So versatile!!

Sweet Soiree Suite Trio

Sweet Soiree Suite Trio

Sweet Soiree Suite

This Stampin’ Up Sweet Soiree Suite is so lovely and elegant!  Everything is coordinated for you to make creating cards and projects so easy.  At the Sweet Soiree Sampler Class I held, everyone made a coordinated card, a sampler and a gift box using the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit.

swee soiree card w logo

The card was made with a strip of the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper, a vellum element from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit and a strip of the Whipsper White Organza Ribbon.  The Melon Mambo base was embossed across the top using a Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  So lovely and elegant!

The Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit are just gorgeous!  Color combinations that can help create a variety of beautiful projects.

There are so many “pretties” included in the Embellishment Kit.  Truly “Oooooo” worthy!

Of course the Sampler was the featured center piece of this Class.  I was inspired by Julie Davison with this.  I used the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper and elements from the fully coordinated Embellishment Kit.  The 2″ squares of the Sweet Soiree Paper are mounted on 2 1/4″ squares of Whisper White Cardstock.

sweet soiree sampler w logo

To complete the trio, Class attendees also created a coordinated Silver Mini Gable Box.  The Melon Mambo Cardstock strip is embossed using another Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

You’re Inspiring

OH, Happy Day!!

The Daffodils are blooming!!  Every year, this is one of the main things that gets me through winter–looking forward to the Daffodils!

Daffodil bunch

There they were, popping up their bright, cheerful blooms!

daffodil bloom

My husband doesn’t quite understand my “over the moon” excitement over the thrilling joy of seeing Daffodils, but I just love the sight of them!  One of the main reasons is definitely because they are a  first harbinger of spring and being warm again and I LOVE spring!

This is why I am so excited about the You’re Inspiring Stamp Set in the Occasions Catalog.  I’ve just started creating with it and here’s the card:

daffodil card w logo

I used the Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends and Daffodil Delight Cardstock.  The You’re Inspiring Stamp Set really inspires me!  Lots of sentiments included, as well, which makes this a marvelously versatile stamp set.

Definitely going to be creating even more spring cards with this set!

Beautiful Peacock and Celebrate Cards

Sale-A-Bration continues through March 31st and you can get a FREE Sale-A-Bration Item with each $50 Product Order.

The Beautiful Peacock Stamp Set is just one of these FREE Items you can select. Here I used Island Indigo, Marina Mist and Lemon Lime Twist.  So elegant!

Peacock

This card was created with the Painted With Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies, also available as a Sale-A-Bration Item with a $100 Product Order.  Love these colors!

Southern Serenade

Southern Serenade

Southern Serenade Parade of Colors!

The Southern Serenade Stamps Set from the Occasions 2018 Catalog just sings to me!  Such a beautiful set and paired with the Stampin’ Blends it produces gorgeous projects.

serenade 3 w logo

This is colored with the Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Combos.  I adhered it to half of a Doily and the Petal Garden Designer Series Paper Stack, mounted on a sheet of Daffodil Delight Cardstock.  I added a piece of the Daffodil Delight Double Stitched Ribbon for just the right accent.  The sentiment is from the Southern Serenade Stamp Set, then cut out with a Stitched Shapes Framelit.

serenade 4 w logo

The Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blends Combo Set just makes the flowers pop!  I used Sweet Sugarplum Cardstock and paper from the Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack.  The sentiment is from the Petal Palette Stamps Set.  I used the Fresh Fig 1/8″ Sheer Ribbon for a contrast.

welcome card with logo

I entered this card in an online challenge, and I won!!  Woohoo!  Pool Party is one of my favorite colors, so that’s what I used here, as well as the Color Theory Designer Series Paper.  I used the Banners For You Stamps and the coordinating Bunches of Banners Die Set for the sentiment.

serenade pink w logo

I thought the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack provided a great contrast with the Pink Pirouette.  I used the new Simple Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to add a little more texture.  Linen Thread is one of my favorite accents–so versatile!

Lovely lace and great sentiments really make this Southern Serenade Stamp Set a “not to missed” item to order!

Stampin’ Blends are incredible.  They easily make me look like an artist!  They’re available as a complete set, or you may purchase them singly or as a combo pack.  Such a great variety of colors! You really need to see, feel, touch them to see what beautiful projects they produce.

There’s an upcoming Class where you can do just that!
