It’s DEFINITELY still summer here in the South, but it’s time to start thinking about those Christmas crafts! The Holiday Catalog comes out September 1st (you’re going to LOVE it!), but this is a beautiful, versatile Bundle you can order NOW so you can get crafting!!
Look how beautiful these cards are!
Doesn’t the Deck the Halls card make you want to break out singing it?!?
We’ll be creating a card using this Bundle in the August Quick and Easy Cards Class, so come join the FUN! See details below.
The daisy has always been one of my VERY favorite flowers, so we’ll be using the Daisy Punch that is now available for ordering. It’s just lovely, and actually very versatile. I use the word “versatile” frequently when referring to Stampin’ Up stamps, dies, and punches, because they can always be used to mix and match with other sets to come up with some great ideas!
So cheerful–makes me smile!
I’ve been “having a go,” as our friends across the pond say, at learning new watercolor techniques, so our Class technique card this month will be watercolor “smooshing.” Sounds like some messy fun using Stampin’ Up products to create some unique cards.
Quick and Easy Cards Class
Tuesday, August 6th, 6:30-8:30 PM
The August Quick and Easy Cards Class will be a “crossover” event, since we’ll make end of the summer flowers cards, play with water AND make a Christmas card. One of the Bundles we’ll use is the new Carols of Christmas Bundle, so versatile you can use it for much more than just Christmas.
BUT it’s still August, and it’s still HOT, so we’ll also be doing a watercolor card using the smooshing technique, just for FUN!
–Make 3 cards, 2 each of 3 designs with envelopes.
–GREAT Class for anyone–beginner to experienced! Bring a friend and you AND your friend choose 3 cards from my cards stash.
