New Journeys, a New Catalog and New Classes!

mountain pathLots of excitement in the Stewart household!

It’s been an exciting summer around the Stewart household, partly because we are off on a new path and a new journey.  Blessedly, my husband started a new job last week and we are both very, very excited about this new beginning for him.  For those of you who don’t know, he’s an industrial automation engineer.  He’s also been a professional photographer of and on since 1980, but now enjoys that particular “passion” as more of a hobby.  He is incredibly supportive of my  “papercrafting passion” and of my Stampin’ Up business, and I am extremely grateful.  We both think that having a grateful heart is essential!

So that’s why there’s been a brief break from my Crafting on the Hill blog posts.  But now I’m positively brimming with lots of exciting products and classes I want to share with you!

“Happy Fall, Ya’ll” Cards Class

It’s really hard to believe that the first day of Autumn is less than a month away now, and who doesn’t LOVE fall!?!  Stampin’ Up’s “Acorny Thank You” coordinated stamp set and punch is one of my favorites!  Here’s some of the “Quick and Cute” cards I’ve created with it.

I knew when I first saw the Moroccan Designer Series Paper that the colors are perfect for fall, so I had fun creating these cards with it.  I also used Dapper Denim, Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze and Early Espresso ink, paper and ribbon to keep the fall colors going.  Fun!  I had a class last week at a local community clubhouse and the ladies LOVED creating cards with this!
